How long does it take to complete a custom cap?
Processing typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on complexity and material availability.
Can I use a brand logo or trademarked design?
Important

We only customize designs for which you hold the necessary rights. Trademarked logos cannot be used without proper authorization.
What caps do you use?
We exclusively customize original New Era caps — premium blanks that we then individually design for you.
Which cap styles do you offer?
We offer Fitted Caps and Snapbacks — both with a flat brim.
What materials do you use for customizing?
We work with a variety of flower patches, pearls and stones. Check our How to Custom page for all currently available options.

Can I put my cap in the washing machine?
Important

No. The caps are not suitable for machine washing. We recommend gentle hand care only. We do not accept any liability for damage caused by machine washing.
How can I place an order?

Can I make changes to my order after purchase?
Changes are possible for an additional charge. Please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact us page.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Europe typically takes 5–7 business days. For custom orders, please add 2–3 weeks of processing time depending on complexity and material availability.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery at any time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Exact shipping costs for your country will be shown at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard and many more common payment methods. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Can I return my custom cap?
Important

Custom caps cannot be returned as they are made individually for you. We put great emphasis on clear communication throughout the process to ensure your cap turns out exactly as you envisioned.
My cap arrived damaged or faulty — what should I do?
Please contact us through our contact form and describe the issue with photos. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
What if the color or design doesn't meet my expectations?
We will do our best to work with you to fix it. If the cap is still in its original condition, we are also open to a return. Just reach out to us directly.
